22-0015 was a subpoena for employment records.
22-0887 was a request filed by a parent for records related to her own son. Those records are voluminous and they contain a mixture of exempt and non-exempt information that must be reviewed and redacted in accordance with state and federal law. This will require additional processing time. These records will be available to you no later than March 23, 2023.

Pursuant to KRS 61.878(1)(a), which prohibits the disclosure of public records containing personal information the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, personal information such as employee ID, home address, social security number, drivers’ license number, date of birth, age, race, gender, personal phone number, personal email address, educational transcripts, background check results, routine personnel evaluations, certified mail numbers, letters of reference, emergency contact information, and photographs has been redacted from these files.
