At the bitter end of every JCPS board meeting, speakers who sign up ahead of time are given 3 minutes to advocate for any item that is not on that evening’s agenda. Since the goal of Dear JCPS is to help stakeholders advocate to the board and administration, but there are currently limited means by which to do so, we have decided to start a #YouTube channel.
