Remember our first Teachable Moment, Message from Karen? Well, we reported it to the district, but unfortunately, we hit a dead end. According to the response we received, the district thinks its policies are sufficient to “ensure consistent and fair treatment of all employees.” What do you think? But more importantly, what should a frightened teacher do if she believes her principal is complicit and her JCTA rep is on “Karen’s” side?
