We’ve known Louisville has been a hub for sex trafficking, and Kentucky, a perpetrator of child abuse, for a while now. Our grassroots organization has been sounding the alarm about repeated cases of sexual abuse of children while in the care of Jefferson County Public Schools, and reports of a handful of school-level employees involved in child pornography, possible sex trafficking of students, race and gender discrimination, threats, retaliation, bribery, blackmail, and felonious drug activities on campus at one school in particular, DuPont Manual High School.
Except in our case, we don’t just have one Diddy — our Diddy also has a twin. And we also have our very own Jeffrey Epstein, along with their enablers, blackmailers, and political pawns and wealthy benefactors. There’s also rumors of hush money, secret settlements and coverups, as well! BUT DISTRICT LEADERS REFUSE TO INVESTIGATE!

Efforts to get justice for these myriad underage victims of JCPS has been going on for over a decade, to no avail. Last summer, we learned of another lawsuit, and more than a dozen more victims and witnesses who wanted to testify, but the news quickly went dark. The story appears to have been buried by complicit and/or compromised media and attorneys. So when I woke up last week to a news story about another underage-at-the-time victim’s lawsuit against #ProtectedPredator Donnie Stoner, that glimmer of hope that “maybe this time will be different” came back to life.
Oh, in case you haven’t seen all the buzz circulating in the last 24 hours, or you don’t quite know who our local Diddys (Diddies?) are, I’m referring to the Stoner Twins. These decades-long protected child predators have recently garnered media attention again for allegedly repeatedly getting away with sexually abusing JCPS (and other) students on taxpayer dime, having their crimes covered up, and all this happening under JCPS board members and high-paid administrators’ watchful eye. TikTok videos put together by three fed-up victims going back two decades continue to expose how pervasive and insidious these crimes have been. (Featured below.)
DuPont Manual (aka “Manual”) is like mini-Yale for the privileged elites’ kids, and many of their graduates have even gone on to attend the elite law school after participating in the exclusive high school’s secret society meetings and pay-for-play elusive access points of Louisville’s high society. For decades, in fact, some of our usual suspects have gone on matriculate there. Humana empire’s David Jones Sr. and Jr. of Male and Manual High School, respectively, for starters. Senior was also another Yale Law School graduate, and Mitch McConnell’s greatest mentor. And then there was our local Jeffrey Epstein character, James “Jamie” Miller, who was found guilty of having pornographic material of a student on his phone. The media and authorities were so quick to point out it was NOT a public school student he violated. Whew! As if that makes it all better? But instead of being “suicided” in prison, Jamie got shock therapy and was released on probation. Why such deferential treatment?
But I digress.
This morning, the Tik Tok videos of not one, not two, but three OTHER victims of one or both of these terrible twins came across my computer screen and my renewed hope quickly turned to faith. Faith that because of these young women’s persistence and bravery, whatever small role I may have played will have been worth it, because their stories have taken wings. Not just for themselves but for all of these unheard victims. Faith that this unstoppable force and the possible ties, if not parallels to the national sexual and political scandals unfolding simultaneously, will finally find a pathway toward justice. And for a brief moment, I celebrate this moment of gratitude, for they are too few and far between.
These victim’s fresh and poignant messages are so powerful, and their TikTok vides come one after another after another with enough force and impact, to expose and dismantle the sick, demented, and perverse behaviors of these predators, and the system that not only allows it, but PERPETUATES it. Perhaps NOW, not just the perpetrators, but also the responsible adults who have knowingly turned a blind eye while children are sexually abused under their watch, will face consequences for this and ALL that will come of an authentic, independent investigation!

At least Diddy is in jail without bail. These girls’ abusers are still free to continue to intimidate witnesses and cultivate more victims. And you know the worst part? They’re being represented by at least one lawyer with ties to the JCPS school board, maybe more, and who have a vested interested in keeping this terrible scandal under wraps AT LEAST UNTIL AFTER THE NOVEMBER ELECTION. These protected predators and enablers have demonstrated their ability to silence victims and witnesses using bullying, blackmail, and/or secret settlements, and have done so on taxpayer dime with their overlords turning blind eye after blind eye! And they can’t say they didn’t know, because we told them, in 2019, again in 2020 and earlier this year. And many, many more times in between and since.
These brave, beautiful women deserve to have their stories heard. Please share!
INITIAL DEMANDS UNTIL VICTIMS HAVE OPPORTUNITY TO COME UP WITH THEIR OWN:
- Independent and authentic investigation into ignored victims and witnesses at Manual and other schools, including inappropriate roles some outside organizations and booster clubs may play.
- Independent, authentic audit of internal investigations process and cover-ups.
- Investigation into role lawmakers and dark money groups may have played in these parties and coverups.
- Lawmakers to legislate changes to internal processes, including outside Inspector General role with subpoena power, to ensure something this avoidable, yet egregious, can never happen again.
- Repair harm to victims, whistleblowers and taxpayers (TBD by Victims/Advocates/Guardians)
- Clear separation of policing entities and school district powers.
- PUNITIVE DAMAGES PAID BY INDIVIDUALS RESPONSIBLE FOR HARM including
- LOSS OF JOB,
- REVOCATION OF TAXPAYER-FUNDED PENSIONS
- and MEANINGFUL JAIL TIME!
