Not too long ago a JCPS bus driver was driving children home in the West end of Louisville, when she witnessed a homicide. The shooter was right in front of her stopped bus. When the shooter looked at her, she immediately turned her head so he wouldn’t think she would recognize him. She left the scene immediately, however someone on the street gave the police her bus number. She was called into court as a witness and under oath said she did not see the crime occur. She was afraid of retribution.
